Associate Members
National Associations
Criteria to become an APPLiA Associate Member
- To manufacture appliances for domestic purposes. Products include large, small, ventilation, climatisation, air conditioning, heating and/or water heating
- To place on the market under own brand
- To place on the market in at least 3 countries in geographical Europe
- To adhere to APPLiA's statutes, bylaws and all industry established agreements
Criteria to become an APPLiA Direct Member
- To have a manufacturing operation (at least one factory) in Europe;
- To have direct operations (factories or branch offices in at least four European countries);
- To be a member of the relevant APPLiA National Association in more than 50% of the countries in which the company has direct operations;
- To subscribe to APPLiA's statutes, bylaws and all industry established agreements;
- To sign the APPLiA Code of Conduct on Corporate Social Responsibility
Criteria to join the network of National Associations
- Represent domestic appliance manufacturers in one EU member State or candidate country, the European Economic Area (EEA), or in a country that is negotiating accession to EEA
- Multiple associations from the same country merge into a single National APPLiA delegation
